One Day

Actually had a double feature last night, which started off with One Day.  I have been so excited to see this film.  One of my favourite films is Wilbur Wants to Kill Himself.  Lone Scherfig directed it as well.  Although I didn't love it as much as Wilbur, I definitely loved it more than An Education.  I am a very big fan of Anne Hathaway, and she was absolutely delightful.  Jim Sturgess I haven't been altogether impressed with, and this was definitely the most appealing I've seen him.  Still, I loved it enough to add it to my collection.  Amazon is in the process of sending it to me.  YAY!!

Oh oh oh!! I have to add how fantastic the supporting cast was.  A few of my favorites lent their talents as well, Patricia Clarkson, Romala Garai and Rafe Spall.
