I got Bic's Belle CD, thank you Frank in South Korea. I had read a review on Amazon, and the guy didn't like it very much. I was surprised. He kind of sounded like a Bic fan, but then didn't in a way. I have listened to it a few times, and I really like it. Now it isn't my favourite, and I haven't fallen in love with any of the songs the way I have with her previous releases. I still really like it, and the songs are growing on me with each listen. I think these songs fit in quite nicely with the rest of her catalog. Her music has always had a retro feel to it (at least to me anyway), and Belle has a retro feel it is just a different retro feel.
This Girl's Prepared For War, Hello Hello, Belle and Everything Is Beautiful And New are my favourites so far. I am so happy I was able to get it. I wish I had been able to get it sooner, but oh well.
I'm pretty sure the little boy in the video is her son. He's a cutie pie either way.
