This totally spoke to me because it is exactly where my head space needs to be with my book. I need to chip away at it, and not focus on it being perfect right now. I am doing my first draft. Every day it is about putting down New Words. Is there something more to the story than there was yesterday? The answer better be yes! It is so hard because I am so tired, and all I want to do is sleep. I am working two jobs right now, and my book is really my third job. I just have to keep on plowing through it. I have to keep reminding myself that however sweet sleep is, I am always happy when I've written something. =)
