A couple of weeks ago I went to my first concert of the year. I got to see one of my favourites, Ben Folds. Ironically this was the fifth time I've seen him, but the first time I've seen Ben Folds Five. I saw them at the ShowBox, which was the smallest venue I've seen him at. Let's see, I done the outdoor amphitheater thing twice. Once at the Gorge when he opened for John Mayer, and at St. Michele Winery where he co-headlined with Rufus Wainwright. Then I've seen him twice at the Paramount.
I was particularly pleased with this show because he did all but one of my favourite Ben Folds Five songs. The only one he didn't do was Fair, but I'll live.
