Margarita Georgiadis


Margarita Georgiadis

I had pinned one of Margarita Georgiadis' paintings not knowing who she was.  I have to say that I LOVE her landscapes.  I love how dark her work is. She's done quite a few portraits, but it is the landscapes I love.    She is an Australian artist, and her work has been shown all over the world.  I could absolutely build a room around her work, all rich earth tones with suede and leather.  Beautiful.

Picking these were hard. I love so many of them.  Shadowland II is the first one I pinned, and Apples & Quince is the one that I could actually put in my house.
