I watched Another Earth a few months ago, and I must say that it lingered in my mind for days. At the time I had considered posting about it, but my feelings were so scattered. I really enjoyed it, but didn't feel it was something I could readily suggest people to watch. It is rather slow moving, but so powerful at the same time. It definitely isn't mainstream fair.
What I can say is that William Mapother was so amazing, such a heartbreaking performance. So, rare that both characters have such strong arcs. Brit Marling was obviously really good too. I'm really intrigued by their, Brit and Mike Cahill's, next project Sound of My Voice. It looks equally intense.
Anyway, I decided that I just had to post about it after I saw this poster. Oh my, I love it. I had movie posters on my walls for years, and I would most definitely put this one up.
