broc and egg sandwich

I was trying to tell my grandma about this sandwich the other day. I keep thinking about it. I am not a cook, and could never pull this off.  I really want to taste it though.  I never would have thought to put broccoli on a sandwich.  Plus, the picture is pretty. =)
